MVP ~ Minimal Viable Product
MVP is the first training in our Business Start Up Masterclass Series.

What is an MVP?
An MVP stands for “Minimum Viable Product” and is a product or service with enough features to attract early-adopter customers in order to validate the product or service early in its life cycle.
Before spending time and resources writing a business plan, spending money or guessing about whether there will be customers for your business, this course will help you to test your product or service, learn from feedback from early adopters and to observe how customers actually interact with your product or service.

In this course, you will learn how to take your ideas, prototype them, validate or learn from them and become a more efficient early stage entrepreneur. If you are ready to pursue the business idea of your dreams and to take the first step, then this course is where you start.

Here are some of the topics you will learn:
~Types of MVPs
~Keys and Barriers
~Testing Business Models
~Types of Hypotheses
~Startup Stages and Challenges
~Interviews to Validate Problem/Solution
~Metrics to Reach Product Market Fit
~Interpret the Results of Your Experiment to Determine if Your Idea is Amazing!
~Create a Strategy for Your Product/Service
