which may drive clients away as they are also being scrunched by this. Closing is a manner by which we can cut expenses but being deemed essential means expenses are not cut at

How should a commercial leasing company with non essential retail and other tenants manage rent collection/forebearance during Covid 19? How can we assist or accommodate? Don't want to lose good tenants but also have to pay our own debt service on the properties

idea: if inventory is better served as a tax deduction rather than a sale or loss at this time consider running gifting promo things online to increasing mailing/distribution lists and drive traffic t your website.
Calder Johnson
02:15:53
Hi, Calder Johnson - Artistic Director of the North Coast Repertory Theatre - we’re bracing for being dark for a while, but I’m very concerned for local businesses, many of whom have supported us in the past. If there is any way we can network and signal boost for local businesses during this time while we’re still remotely in contact with our audience base, we want to help how we can.

idea: reach out to civic & service groups who are often looking for guest speakers. many of them are transitioning to remote meetings and maybe you can slide into a slot from an in person speaker who canceled.
