Mobile Food Incubator
This incubator will empower entrepreneurs with the information and resources they need to understand the many facets of starting a successful mobile food business. Attendees will leave the series with the scope of knowledge they need to advance to the next step, developing a business plan and starting the business. Incubator includes four sessions, and attendees are highly encouraged to attend all for the maximum learning benefit.

Feb 11th Thursday 3:30-5:00, Diving into the Details. Permits, Locations, and Choosing a Truck.

Feb 16th Tuesday 3:30-5:00 Engaging with Customers: How to Build an Experience through Mission, Company Culture, and Brand.

Feb 18th Thursday 3:30-5:00, , Getting Ready to Hit the Road; Identifying Resources & Removing Obstacles. In the final week, we’ll wind down the incubator and wind up your action plan.
